I originally listed this as a Pluckenbaum houseboat until someone brought it to my attention that it wasn't. Its a Plucky! Which I mistakenly thought was a shorter nickname for Pluckenbaum. LOL! The boat still floats! It was taken out of the water last year. LOL! It's a 36 foot 1978 Plucky. Solid steel hull and structurally sound. This boat was on the water last year but has sat in a field this year and will need some tlc. A remodeling job was started but never finished. Open floor plan! LOL Trailer is not included, but trailer can be used and arrangements The seller makes no guarantees written or expressed. The houseboat is sold as is where is! Buyer is responsible for pickup. Seller reserves he right to end the auction early as it is listed locally for sale.
