Length: 27’ Engine / Fuel Type:  Single / Gas-Petrol Located in Elk Rapids, Michigan Hull Material: Fiberglass   This boat is equipped with Mercruiser 7.4 L,  V-8 engine  approx. 650 hours, with counter-rotating prop outdrive.  It has no leaks, burns no oil, and is reliable.  Every component in this boat has been inspected and tested by the current owner, with extensive updating in 2016.  One brand-new battery, new air conditioning water pump, new hot water heater, new smart battery charger, new fuel pump / seawater pump, 2 new bilge pumps, new Garmin GPS  and depth finder, new windlass switch covers and switches, new head with pump-out, new belts, new wiper motor, new outdrive position indicator, and various other items that were due for replacement or repair.  The interior and exterior are in very good condition; the dockside air conditioning works great, as well as all faucets, sinks, and refrigerator.  Includes trailer in excellent condition.  This is a very comfortable boat with forward V-birth, aft cabin, and a great deck layout with table and seating.  It has a very nice swim deck, and the Bimini covers are in good shape and provide complete protection.  The outdrive and trim tabs work perfectly.  This has been a great boat, and it has been brought up to tip-top condition, no expense spared, by professional marine mechanics.  With the counter-rotating props, it is especially easy with docking, and cruises nicely on plane at 25-30 mph. After all this work and expense, why sell it?  The usual answer – I want a bigger boat. Shawn Henriksen   912.996.4997       Shawnhenriksen@gmail.com
