Roxanne is a well presented & well maintained boat. The boat is berthed on the river Ure in North Yorkshire. Built in 1991 and powered by twin mercruiser V8 engines & also supplied with LPG conversions ready to be fitted. The overall length is 37ft and the width is 12ft which makes her a very stable boat. As you step onboard through the transom door you will be ipressed by the sheer size of the cockpit, with seating for 8-10 it has a well instrumented dash, fish finder,depth sounder,VHF radio, GPS, radar,auto pilot & LED mood lighting. Stepping down into the main cabin you will see the galley with twin burner hob,microwave, large fridge moulded sink with stowage under & above in lockers. Opposite is a dinette come seating area which makes into a double bed. Towards th stern there is an additional seating area which also converts to a double bed. All internal upholstery as been renewed. There are 2 flat screen TVs to both lounge arease plus CD radio which can be transferred to the cockpit. In the bow there is a large twin fixed double bed with a small hanging wardrobe & storage. The head has a Jabsco sea toilet, sink & shower with stowage & is finished in light grey gel coat, this is a wet room with pump out auto. There is an electric windless anchor & chain, hot water, battery charger, 3kw generator. Boat safety till 2020 and river licence till November 2017.
