Sanded and undercoat bottom, September 2016 Resealed hatch covers. Installed new through hull for sewer Engine: Yanmar diesel , 16 HP. Excellent condition Sails. 1 mainsail, 1 furling Jib , Both sails in fair condition. Anchor with chain and nylon rope. Systems and Equipment: Galley aft starboard: stove, origo 6000 2 burners with oven Built in Icebox Autopilot tested .7500 with masthead antenna Marine radio – Apelco Vxl Nav lights -international standard. AM/FM radio Battery charger like new very large fresh water tank underneath V bunk. large aft bunk. 1 Head – forward With large holding tank. Sink and shower.A few things to note about this boat. The packing gland for the engine shaft is dripping & needs new packing & for that you would need to take the boat out of the water temporarily for a few hours to repair to put new packing. This would be relatively inexpensive. As for the inside of the boat new flooring has been started but not completed. A new mattress for the boat would also be included. Yes it can be arranged to keep the boat in the slip! The engine is in perfect condition! The outside of the boat has been recently sanded and painted fresh. When the inside of this boat is complete the value would be a minimum of $25,000-27,000 USD.
