Located in Green Turtle Bay Marina in KY, this beautiful Irwin 30' sailboat is waiting for someone to sail her! I purchased this boat a few months ago with the dream of transporting her and living aboard with my daughter however, due to extenuating circumstances, we are forced to put that dream on hold. I now must sell this beauty for financial reasons, to have a place to live. I have clear title in hand. Current slip paid through 2016. Recently listed with a broker for $12,900.00 but need to sell quick. This is a GREAT deal and investment. **UPDATE** I called eBay and had them update fuel capacity and beam. Both are now correct.
