Kids are grown...this boat is seriously for sale and will be sold to the highest offer. I have had Wellcrafts and 90's chris craft boats...there is no comparison to the build quality of these english sunseekers. 1991 Sunseeker thunderhawk 43' in fabulous condition. The owner of Sabre Diesel bought a 43' thunderhawk with twin 370 hi performance diesels from Sunseeker and the magazines tested the combo to great acclaim(article in pics). This boat is the only other diesel thunderhawk made as the diesels were too expensive an option for the buyers at the time according to sunseeker records. A mixed use boat in fresh and salt water over the years has preserved this boat well. I have owned the Sunseeker for 5 years and have really enjoyed it with my family on trips to Marthas Vineyard and Buzzards bay The Don Shead deep Vee hull takes waves better than any boat I have owned. Little stuff to do over the winter but I am assuming you are good with older boats if you want this hot rod offshore cruiser. In the pictures the only thing different that I could not take a picture of is the dash...i have had it re covered in a more modern carbon fiber pattern in black and have installed a new gps unit on the left side. New steering trim cylinder seals were put in a year ago and I installed a new twin mercathode system so the drives will last in salt water. When I bought the boat the previous owner spent thousands on a new turbo on the stbd engine since it was not making boost...turned out it was a 25 buck diaphram on the injection pump...but hey, new turbos are cool too right. Low hours under 1500 on the engines....I will check the exact numbers as the stbd engine has higher hours than the port by a few hours. No generator but there is an inverter. The 220v a/c was disconnected when the boat was converted from euro electrics to us 110v. Still a good a/c but would need a 220v box hookup for twin 110v shore power. The blue enclosure was over 15 grand and is about 6 years old with only minor wear.508-801-5871 is my cell if you want to go over the details.mark
