42 ft Narrow boat project , all in good shape and needs a few bits finishing off. It has the interior refurbished, including Bunk and small Sofa, brand new coal burner, (worth £500) , Brand New Fitted shower room, (shower tray, tiles and water pumps), brand new home style toilet, brand new water heater and water pumps, also small kitchenet. 12v and 240v ready to go with sockets in all essentials areas of the boat newly fitted , all brand new solid wood flooring.Walls have been neatly painted neutral ready for some colour of your choice. Exterior was recently painted. Boat safety certificate in place until 2018.The boat has also been out of the water and blacked in Oct 2015I had this as a project but have purely ran out of time as I've just started a new business and am struggling to find the time to finish it.Complete with log book and lots of history.Ideal live aboard or weekend cruiser.Not much work needed.Happy to answer any more questions.
