The slip can be transferred to the new owner (for the transfer fee). Current slip rental is paid through the end of the year.Comes with a dodger, sails (no spinnaker) including roller furling jib and smaller hank on jibs (more details coming), a 6hp Nissan outboard (with 2 gal fuel tank) and aluminum spinnaker pole. She has twin compasses, full instruments (Raymarine Wind, Depth, Water Speed, Water Temp, a Raytheon Autohelm, GPS chart plotter (Raytheon), portapotty, gimbal mounted single burner, sink bowl, 80 gallon fresh water tank with electric pressure pump, cabin and full navigation lights. All four winches (two cabin top, two cockpit) are dual speed Harkens. She is also equipped with both manual and automatic bilge pumps, VHF radio and CD/radio (outside speakers need to be replaced). Also comes with non-class legal carbon fiber asymmetrical spinnaker bowsprit (pole).Sorry no trailer.Hull (#113) has sailed Rhode Island to Bermuda single/double twice (hence the "69" racing number -- hull is also "Documented").No soft spots on deck.
