Take a look at this ONE OWNER jewel .... 2013 Key Largo 186 Center Console Bay Boat with a Mercury 90hp 4 Stroke outboard and sitting on a nearly new galvanized single axle trailer.Mechanical:When you want a quality outboard look no further than Mercury and the LOW hours on this 4 Stroke outboard make it no exception to that rule. Upon inspection this motor is in excellent mechanical condition and found to have just under 100 hrs of usage since brand new. We have completed a fresh tune up with new plugs, fuel filters, lower unit oil changed, and new water pump. It is now ready to go on any water adventure you can throw at it. The gauges have been found to all work along with all accessories to include bilge pump, aerator pump, and nav/anchor lights . The only issue we found was the in floor tank has failed so instead of exhuming it we have added a new poly tank under the center console. It has been well maintained throughout the years as you can see and never left in the water as the motor looks like almost brand new !!Cosmetic:Boats this clean don't come up for sale to often but this one is up for grabs. The previous owner spent endless hours making sure this boat stayed looking as new as possible and I think he was right on. The gelcoat is bright and shiny along with a very clean deck area. The Black gelcoat on this boat looks great and it cost the previous owner a extra $1,500 when he purchased it new. The chrome rails show no signs of pitting and the aluminum T-Top is perfect as it was just installed 3 weeks ago.  This boat spent most of it's life stored on a trailer and it shows by no signs of growth on the bottom of the boat as seen in the photos. The vinyl seat pads look almost like brand new as they were mostly stored in the garage and used just a hand full of times.
