Selling on behalf of the owner as the boat is moored on my property,
Birchwood 25 ft Executive cabin cruiser, built 1979, sleeps 4 inside and 2 in the cockpit area, fitted with 120 hp petrol inboard, in very good condition, recently full internal refurbishment, hull inspected and antifouled last year, outdrive with tilt and trim, this was also totally overhauled last year, gas cooker, sink, toilet, radio/cd player, fire extinguishers, fire blanket, anchor and chain, safety certificate valid until May 2019, engine serviced and runs well, Also included is a private picturesque mooring on the Island at Henley on Thames, valid for three months, water, electricity and private parking for one car included, has license for the year included. Also included is an american ray jefferson fish finder, which is new, the pick up on the hull has been fitted it just has to be wired in, comes with full instructions.More pictures available, please ask!
