69 foot all steel cruiser stern narrow boat built in 1998, by Falcon boat builders of Great Haywood. From entering the doors at the rear of the boat steps take you down in to the rear cabin which is currently laid out as a double dinette, then there is the galley with full size cooker, units and work tops with sink and drainer and 12 volt fridge, then there are two single dinettes, then a pump out toilet and hand wash basin, two more single beds, then a shower compartment and a further pump out toilet and then two more single beds, front doors then lead out on to the front deck. The boat has radiators throughout and they are served by an Alde gas boiler, this also does the hot water and the engine also heats the hot water via a calorifier. The engine is a well maintained Isuzu diesel engine with a hydraulically operated PRM gear box. Current Boat Safety Certificate until Dec 2017. The boat has been well maintained and can either be used as a ten berth boat or easily converted to a live-aboard boat with lots of space. Offers on the asking price might be considered.
