This is a super clean and well maintained 1997 Monterey 270 express cruiser with only 263 hours on the boat. It’s loaded with nice options such as windlass anchor, complete canvas including camper top, bimini, boot, and mooring cover, and original manuals. Everything listed on this boat has been tested and is in good working order. Power She’s powered by a 7.4 Liter Mercruiser backed by a very rugged bravo three out drive. Each outdrive has two counter rotating stainless steel propellers providing maximum traction in the water while eliminating steering torque at the helm. The engine and outdrive have been recently serviced and tested and are in good running order. It is also equipped with dual batteries with switch, battery charger, and fire suppression. Deck The deck area and upholstery are in very nice condition. The seats are all original with the Monterey embroidered logo and have good color with nice tight seams. The deck carpeting is removable and is in excellent condition. The bimini top, boot, and camper top canvas are all in like new condition. One zipper on the bimini top needs to be replaced. The mooring cover is also in really nice shape. At the helm are tilt steering, controls for the remote search light, and windlass power anchor. Aft is a fold away bench seat, deck sink with pressure fresh water, a transom shower, and stainless steel telescoping swim ladder. Cabin The cabin is also in excellent condition. All of the upholstery is clean and in nice shape. It will sleep four adults with two in the convertible v-berth and two in the aft cabin. There is a screened bow hatch as well as a screened sliding window in the aft cabin. All of the cabin lighting is in good working order. The Galley consists of a Corian counter top, stainless steel sink with pressure fresh water, stove, refrigerator, and mounting positions with power for both a microwave and coffee maker. The head has a head unit, sink with pressure fresh water, shower, and a macerator pump for offshore waste evacuation. Hull This beautiful white and navy blue hull has never been bottom painted and is in very nice condition with a nice, clean luster. There are a few scratch touch ups but they show well.
