This is a nice formula cruiser. It is a great boat and a lot of boat for the money. There was another boat just like this one that just sold for $35,000., so that makes this a very good deal. There are boat movers that can move this for you anywhere. It is a 1990 in very nice condition. Has central air and heat. 7.5 KW generator with less than 200 hours. Sleeps six. Twin 502 engines. It is set up with closed cooling system so it can be used on the Ocean. This boat is over 38 feet long and 13'3" wide. The ride is awesome on the water. The boat is located at the lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. Comes with a cushioned pad that is on the bow so you can set out on a nice soft pad. It's great for watching stars at night. Two televisions one in the salon and one in the master suite. Has the windlass that can be controlled from the bow or at the helm. The boat has lights all over in the cabin, in the engine room, and on deck. Has bow and stern docking lights. Has a shower out on the back deck as well as in the bathroom. Comes with the anchor and chain for the anchor. Lots of storage space. Stereo has CD player and a large amp with fan to keep it cool. Holds 300 gallons of fuel. There is probably 100 gallons of fuel in it now, can't guarantee it, just guessing. Has two fuel gauges, one fuel gauge is not reading correctly. Has a shower enclosure in the bathroom. Refrigerator, freshwater, Air-conditioner and everything is working great. Comes with the shore power cords for electric and air-conditioning. All electric and air conditioning can be run off shore power or generator. The generator is very quiet. Water can be connected directly into shore water when at the dock if you are living on it for continuous water supply and then you do not have to refill the water tank. At this time for some reason the stool is not flushing correctly, but is scheduled to get it checked and fixed next week. Everything else is working great, but I have to say I am selling it as is right now. The boat is on the water and located at the Lake of the Ozarks, Osage Beach Missouri. The reason I am selling is because of my job have not had hardly any time to use it, and it is too large for the boat slip I own, so have decided to go ahead and sell it.
