The boat was built by Britain Steel in Queensbourough, B.C, Canada. They built 9 of them and they were all Hot Zinc Coated. It was not completed because the owner of it passed away. It weighs approx 20 Ton. It has a brand new all Aluminum Mast and it's all insulated Foam. It's sold with everything it has onboard which includes slot of stainless items all new. Fork, knives. Has a brand new washer dryer onboard as well as a toilet and stove. It has a grey water treatment in it that is new. It does not have an engine in it but we do have an engine for it. Great for someone building a sailboat that knows about sailboats! This has NEVER BEEN IN THE WATERFOB Vancouver. Sold As Is Where Is Condition.
