The boat was professionally built by Alien houseboats Sydney NSW hence the name. Original cost for the base model boat with no extras like this one was 90k, that's without many hours spent, twin 60Hp big foots, cat hulls, solar etc. When I bought it was used to go to north Stradbroke island and Morton island from Bribie Island. We have been using it at Lake Eildon Victoria and have had plenty of great times. Sometimes staying up to 3weeks on it. Due to my back I have gone in a permanent share house boat and we have to sell Alien : ( This boat has had thousands spent to improve it in lots of ways. Some of Its features are listed below, two video tours are also provided for a detailed viewing. 1. Bathroom with shower electric toilet and separate sink. 2. Fresh water storage about 40ltrs with separate lake water pick up. 3. 12 volt electric Engel solar fridge (runs all year round). 4. Stainless steel inverted Microwave oven. 5. Yacht type twin burner S/S Metho Stove top. 6. Sleeps up to 7. Main up front, both table and couch turn into a double plus one single bed. 5. Rear awning packs up. 6. Rear deck also folds up for transporting. 7. Plenty of lighting within a couple of feet of each light right through the boat. 8. GPS Plotter, Fish, depth sounder and marine radio. 9. 4 x 24 hour solar air venting fans. 10. Gas hot water. 11. Block out the light with internal blinds and curtains. 12. Twin Mercury 60hp big foot motors very low hours like new with power tilt trim very low hours. 13. Rear solar boarding lights. 14. Stereo with speakers all round. 15. Near new TV DVD. 16. 2kva generator. 17. Morse Steering, is easy and it will go straight on its own. 18. 3 x Solar panels with regulated battery power. plus separate back up system. 19. Up stairs bbq , sink and water and awning. 20. large storage area on the roof with electric solar ventilation. Plus ample storage down stairs. 21. Navigation lights. 22. Boarding ladder. 23. If you want to keep it moored on the lake it will be sold with a permit at an extra cost of $5000, this is valued up to $10,000 dollars for this very hard to get permit from Goulbourn Murray waters Eildon . 24. Boat length all up (32ft.) approximately 25. The Trailer (tri Axle)was built around 16months ago. The boat can be loaded onto the trailer with one person. Once you get the hull lined up and you have a cat hull either side of the trailer the boat cant go anywhere but onto the trailer with perfect alignment. With the correct tow vehicle it tows just like a Malibu ski boat, It has all legal electric brakes, hitch and break away system. Also a permanent boarding ladder on the front of the trailer. All safety signs and lights go with the boat and trailer. Trailer net weight is 920kg and is rated up to 4.5 ton. The total width is similar to a Malibu at approximately 2.7 mtrs wide. In Victoria permit or pilot car is not required I believe the same in other states. You just have to have the over size banners and the flashing light. The boat needs a little paint here and there as I'm unable to do it now but that's about it.
