We purchased this sailboat in 2012 from an awesome Floridian fireman/paramedic who had spent a lot of time restoring the boat, and we have loved it dearly. We need to sell it to make room for a bigger boat that we have purchased. We have sailed it to the Bahamas, the Dry Tortugas, and all around the Keys. We’ve sailed with the two of us, but also with our daughters and have had a wonderful time. The sails are in fair condition but do need some repair. The main and the jib come with the boat. The bottom is due for a cleaning and painting, it's been over a year since it has been cleaned. There is a working head, water, electricity, marine radio. It has 2 Marine batteries and charger. There is an outdoor grill. There is a good motor mount, but no motor. We used a 9.9 Mercury but it does not come with the boat. The icebox worked great for storing our food and drinks all the way on our voyages. Two can sleep comfortably in the bedroom with storage on both sides and underneath. You can sleep an additional two in the main galley as well, which is where our daughters slept, with additional storage there. We have great memories and hate to part with her. The boat is in the water at a private residence in Marathon Florida. The boat will need to be moved within 14 days of purchase. The boat is being reposted since we never heard from the last buyer.
