House Boat for Sale its a project iv e been Working on it FOR A WHILE. IT JUST NEEDS A MOTOR HOOKED UP and youll have a great cabin on the crusie. Its down in Sandgate creek tied up to the trees where they sell the prawns whitch runs into the sea at shorncliff. I don't want to sell for nothing i will sell to the right person right price, if your looking to invest maybe pull it out of the creek onto land add the motor fix it up a bit more its rego till next year. Any qestions ill do my best but serious offers are considered, Or you can just make my day at buy it now price and ill transfer the papers stright away.
