General Description: This 1973 31' Chris Craft 31 Commander Express was damaged during a heavy storm. Hull in fair condition for age with shiny gelcoat. The vessel suffered many scrapes, nicks, scratches and gouges all around hull, bow, port and starboard sides. Major wearing on bottom of keel for the entire length. Chine rub on port side for approximately 6 ft. Hull does not appear to have been breached. Rails damaged on both port and starboard sides. A window was broken during the storm and the screws were pulled out from the top striping of the vessel. Both propellers were damaged. The propeller on the port side of the vessel was pushed into the hull and created gouges. The rudders are both bent.  The skeg was scrapped all along the bottom of the vessel.  There is a hole in the window cover above the broken window. No damage sighted on the interior of the vessel. Fine sand observed in the cockpit, perhaps from dust from the parking lot while vessel has been in storage. No damage was sighted on the interior of the vessel.
