Very nice boat benefiting from being in the same ownership for 20 years until 3½ years ago.
Very High quality fit out by Gary Ward with lots of nice features and extras.
Traditional layout with the saloon at the front with L shaped seating area which can be made into another
double berth as well as having storage under. Heating is via a full gas central heating system plus it heats the water ( engine also heats the water )and Morse solid fuel Fire for the very cold nights.
Well layed out Galley with full sized appliances work station opposite. Lots of overhead and under storage areas.
Corridor with Side hatch with steps to exit.Bathroom with Full size bath shower over, sink in vanity unit and good storage and pump out toilet.
