22 foot SISU (outboard version). New Awlgrip Flag blue hull paint and SW bottom paint. This is the later 1982 version of the hull with the lift strakes molded in. We bought the boat for a Navy project we were doing as our test bed. It has had Yamaha 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines on it form 90 HP to 175. Best performance and trim form 115HP 4stroke at about 28 Knots WOT. This boat can take huge seas and still be comfortable and safe. It is very often used of of New England for a small lobster boat or bass boat It may not be the fastest. But it is reported to be the best of this class The new version of the same boat is built by eastern boats. Google the "downeast boat forum" (dot com) and look up the SISU. One of Royal Lowells best designs. twin 25 gallon aluminum tanks were pressure tested per spec. More pics and info to follow
