Fee Schedule: Buyer has 14 days from auction end to pay for, and take delivery of vessel. After 14 days our regular storage rates will apply. A start up fee of $50.00 will apply to start up the engine (per Engine). If sale is made in the winter months the buyer is responsible for re winterizing after start up. If the boat needs to be moved there will be a $6.00 per running foot charge to move vessel. Buyer is responsible for shipping, Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all transactions that take place in Michigan. In the event there is litigation filed by either party, the sole jurisdiction/venue shall be governed by Michigan law, and MUST take place in the State Of Michigan.
