Boat on Mooring ready to go weekender. Old sailing boat without mast. Used as weekender for skiing and fishing. Selling due to kids growing up and we are relocating to QldMooring is located in Mullet creek opposite Wondabyne train station 10 min by boat from Brooklyn (Hawkesbury river station). Description, 40Ft Ply and fiberglass sail boat will sleep 4-5, has a small room up front was for small child, suited for stowage, Main bedroom double bed foam mattress and shelves and radio, Dining table with lounge on both sides of cabin, Toilet 12 volt + sink, Large Galley gas stove/oven, gas fridge, full size sink and cupboards, rear cabin will sleep 2 (needs mattress) has marine radio. Has 12-volt automatic bilge pump. Deck has manual anchor winch, color bond shade roof with blinds either side, Colman tripper BBQ, 2 fresh water tanks 200lt each approx. Large solar panel with regulator, 12-volt water pressure pump that feeds into water pipes on roof to warm by the sun for showers and hose. Motor is a 2 cyl diesel has not been started for a number of years it last ran with no problems, can’t be started as Ignition switch and wires to it are corroded. There is some dry rot around some of the windows and it will need a clean and some paint. I have checked with waterways and there will be no trouble transferring mooring to new boat owner. There is also included a 12 ft aluminum punt and ores chained to a tree near Wondabyne station. Boat is registered and mooring fees are current. Boat Rego Due January 2017 2 monthsMooring Due November 2017 12months This boat has been a great family weekender for skiing.
