For sale our Cruiser Stern Narrow Boat named PASHA, registered number 65494. Pasha is approximately 48.5ft long. She was built (we think) in 1974 by The Teddesley Boat Company. She has a BSS certificate valid to 31st August 2018. The C&RT license expires on 1st March 2017. She was lifted out in May 2013 for a full hull survey. The results showed everything to be sound apart from base plate rubbing bands, stern tube and rudder. These were all replaced. A new flexible drive coupling was fitted and the anodes were renewed. Pasha is propelled with a LISTER ST2 engine and Lister gearbox. The starting battery was renewed in 2015 and the two 110Ah leisure batteries were renewed in 2014. The alternator was replaced in 2013.Pasha has a reverse layout. On the stern deck is a locker containing two 13kg calor-gas propane bottles. From the cruiser stern deck you enter the kitchen down an offset set of steps. The electric panel is just inside the door, immediately at the foot of the steps. In the kitchen is a full-size gas cooker with four rings and oven with grill. There is a sink unit with fitted cupboards underneath. There is a gas-fired instant water heater and a 12volt fridge. You continue along a narrow passage from which a door leads into the bathroom. This is equipped with a porta-potti cube toilet (new in 2015), a wash-hand basin set into a worktop with cupboard space underneath and a bath with shower overhead.The saloon area contains a table with seating for three on a bench seat and two on additional folding chairs. There are two leather reclining chairs and a built-in 12v radio/CD player and television with CD player. The last two items run via a small invertor located in the electrics cupboard. Heating is provided by a wood / solid fuel burning stove which heats a water system piped to a radiator at the kitchen end of the boat. The front cabin contains two bunk beds with a step-up walkway between them which gives access through the front doors to a covered cratch area with dry underfloor storage. the two bunk beds convert very easily into one full width bed that would accommodate three with ease. There is a large stainless steel water tank beneath the front bunks and step-up walkway. The dining table, combined with the bench seat and an additional base, provide sleeping for two more people so a family of five can (and has) been accommodated.The boat is ready to use with all necessary equipment.
