BENETEAU OCEANIS 373, 2004. The boat has been moored up for 2.5 years at Conwy marina without any maintenance and hence cosmetically the exterior reflects this. Internal protected against humidity with desiccate which was replaced regularly and as can be seen from the photographs the interior is in good condition. Also, from photographs the bilges are completely dry. The main sail is in good condition; however, the Genoa sail has suffered wind damage, the cockpit and wheel covers ripped. (due to being loose and flapping about) and will require repair. I have owner the boat for over 7 years and it has only been cruised along the North Wales coast hence very low hours on the engine (less than 400 hours). I am moving abroad and need to sell the boat ASAP hence I have set a very low reserve. This would be a great boat for a winter project as with the right work it would be brought back to a fabulous condition.
