Haines Hunter 1600so with Mercruiser Stern Drive and 307 Chev. This boat has been sitting around for the last few summers, and it is time for it to go, I don't get time to use it. The boat is a 16-17 foot ski boat with a deep “V” hull. This style of boat gives a great ride in choppy water or when the weather is a little rough. The boat has a mild 307 Chev engine and Mercruiser stern drive. The boat has had a bit of work done a few years ago and has not been used much since, including; · Re-trimmed seats· New carpet· New dash gauges· New trim pump· Carby kit & electric choke· Fuel pump· Navigation (& anchor) lights· Electric bilge pump· Stainless exhausts· New ignition leads and coil· New trailer tyres The boat has twin stainless steel fuel tanks, one in the nose and one under the floor. The engine has an Edelbrock manifold and Holley 4 barrel carby with electric choke. It has Rolco water cooled exhaust manifolds & stainless exhausts. The engine also has a Rolco thermostat and engine cooling bypass to keep it at running temperature when it is left idling . The trailer is a galvanised tandem axle ski boat trailer with four wheel electric brakes. The trailer also has a hand winch. The boat comes with the usual safety gear ready to go as in the photo, including life jackets, anchor, bilge pump etc. There is aldo an anchor (not in photos). It comes with some ski gear to get you started including; tube, ski ropes & bridle, and a doughnut. The Bad Points- The boat has the usual scratches and marks for its ageAs I have not used it in a while, the boat and trailer are not registeredThere is a crack in the fibreglass around the engine hatch as a result of it falling open.
