A fantastic 48' trad stern liveaboard narrowboat.... ...on an affordable mooring in a leafy enclave on the banks of the river Thames close to Thorpe Park, Staines, Chertsey and M25.Built to a high spec in 1989 by the renowned boatbuilding partnership of R&Dhttp://www.xrandd.co.uk/ A beautiful one bedroomed floating home. Perfect for one or for a couple. Warm fire, cold fridge, hot shower, comfy bed, good cooking facilities, adaptable layout, relaxing interior with mid coloured hardwood interior and burgundy curtains, structurally sound like the day she was built, and a reliable cruiser. Mine for five fabulous years.Structurally sound Full ultrasound hull survey in April 2014 measured readings of 10mm+ and 6mm+ on all of the base and side panels of the hull....pretty much like new, due in part to the traditional stern construction which keeps water out of the engine bay and hull.
