Welcome aboard! You are invited to view our 50' narrowboat, Silver Otter, based in London.A professional undertaking of the recent renovation has been applied to "Silver Otter". A new floor, as well as sub floor has been fitted along with stylish Burberry covering. A Lovely, (very) efficient wood burner has been added and new John Lewis cupboards and sink refit. LED lighting has recently been fitted throughout the boat. An intelligent extractor fan with humidity tracker has been professionally installed for condensation reduction. KITCHEN: includes a gas oven.WET ROOM: tiled wet room with cassette style toilet and hot water shower with efficient pump that pumps out excess water. HOT WATER SYSTEM: both shower and hot water in kitchen are powered by LPG propane boiler fed by a 9kg propane bottle. Two gas bottles provided Length – 50ft Beam 6ft - 10inches Manufacturer - West Riding Boat Co. Construction – Steel Engine – 1.5 litre BMC Diesel Year of Manufacture – 1976 Last major engine service – January 2015 but she has had regular six monthly minor services done. New Alternator fitted. Impeccable engine spacePOWER BATTERIES: 2 separate battery banks (4 x 110 amp deep cycle batteries each bank) plus 2 starter batteries.
