Up for sale is a 3.9m Stacer tinnie, with an 18hp Mercury outboard with forward controls setup, and a boat trailer. Everything is currently unregistered, and has been unused since 2007. I have the old rego papers, so it shouldn't take too much to get it back on the road/water. Boat:The boat is in good structural condition. It is in need of a clean as it has moss growing on it, but there is no structural damage or major rust spots. The transom is very strong, and is rated to 25hp. The builders plate says it's licensed to fit 5 people. It has a windshield that is loose in the boat, as well as an oar and a few other bits and bobs. Outboard18hp Mercury motor. Used to run very well, but hasn't been used in almost 10 years. The motor wasn't damaged or broken, it just stopped being used due to moving houses. The motor isn't seized. From the pull cord, it's got good compression, and has spark on both cylinders. I'm sure if you put fuel in it, it'd start right up again. The motor needs a quick clean up as there's some dust and cobwebs on the cowling. Prop is free from damage, and spins freely as it should in all gears and directions. The steering and forward controls all work, and the steering still turns the motor. The steering cable would need to be replaced sooner or later as the insulation from the cable has come off and the cable is rusted. It still works though. TrailerThe trailer has some holes on the wheel arches (quick fix with plate), however the rest of the trailer is in pretty good condition as can be seen from the photos. It still tows very well, and appears to have no real structural damage. It shouldn't take much to get it to pass inspection. The tyres are good, and the wheels don't move, so the bearings seem fine. There is a working light board included, which can be used for towing. Old number plates are present on the light board. Please don't bid if you have no intention of making payment and collection.
