1974 Sabre 27 with Yanmar engine.I inherited this boat from my father a year a so or go and have lived aboard for the past year. It comes with all required to sail with, including all navigation equipment. It has a folder full of previous work carried out and the engine was fully serviced about two years ago. Unfortunately it has only been run since on a few occasions as I do not have batteries on it to try.Accommodation comprises of fwd cabin with two quarter guest births. It has gas two ring hob fitted, galley hob and sink drainer. There is also a Russel Hobbs microwave, TV and Oven included. There is also a desk area for chart plotting and a table which is removable. There is a separate heads and wardrobe.Shore power lines are fitted and so are several plug sockets located within the boat.All spray hoods and canopies were replaced two years ago. If you you would like to know anything else please do not hesitate to contact me. My knowledge is however limited due to inheriting it but I will try and help out the best I can.Please only bid to buy and I will require a £500 deposit paid into paypal within 24 hours of auction end.The boat is currently berthed in Southsea Marina in PortsmouthI am contactable on 07769786266Thanks Matt
