Beautiful vintage 4.3m Norlin Wooden boat with 40hp Johnson outboard - Victoria

Lovely old 4.3 (x 1.7) metre plywood planing boat with fantastic 1969 Johnson tiltable outboard - but a very dubious trailer. I'm just not using it enough and don't have the time to give it the maintenance it deserves, so I'm hoping to sell it to a new owner who will do the sand and repaint work and love it. It'd be a rewarding minor project and you'd get a super little boat back to its best. It always attracts lots of admiration at the ramps, and does 20 knots on the river. It seats five, has a steering wheel, key start, under seat storage, working gauges etc - it's a ripper.The boat is located in Venus Bay Victoria (about 2 hours outside Melbourne) and will have to be picked up from there.
The boat is a 1961 Norlin (built in Bankstown), and I bought it about 10 years ago from the guy who had fully restored it in NSW. He stripped it right back to frame etc. The regularly serviced (and highly collectable) Johnson Seahorse outboard is a 1969 40HP that is in great condition and runs very well - it's a classic in it's own right (I have the original manual and it's included). The boat has been registered since I bought it and had light use on the Tarwin River and Anderson's Inlet in southern Victoria. It's been well looked after (motor flushed, hull sprayed etc after every use) and it lives under a vinyl cover in a car port.The boat (but not the trailer) is useable as is, but it really should be serviced, repainted and cleaned up in the near future. There is paint peeling on the bottom of the hull (the wood remains sound though), there's a few cracks in upper ledges (nothing that affects seaworthiness though), and the mahogany should be given some attention soon also. The vinyl roof folds down but does have a few tears in it. I've included photos of the shortcomings. The seats and interior carpet etc are A1.Please note the trailer is not useable in my opinion. It's just too rusty and I wouldn't trust the bearings or hubs to make it to the front gate, let alone beyond. I'd recommend bringing a trailer to transfer it onto, getting creative, or putting the whole thing onto a flatbed to move it. Please note though, this a wooden boat, so it's heavy.I'll include a lovely pair of period wooden oars, landing hook, a pair of adult Pfd's, outboard flushing hardware, manual for the outboard, rope ladder, fuel tank, faded cover, battery, bailer, bumpers, anchor etc. I'm anticipating some of the questions I might be asked below, so please read these before posting a question.Q: Hey mate - will you sell the motor without the boat?A: No - all or nothing.Q: Hey China - can I come and see it?A: The boat is in Venus Bay and I'm in Melbourne most of the time, so that's a low possibility. If it's not sold and I'm down there for a weekend etc and you're free to come and see it at that time, then it might work. As you can probably tell, I'm not really into spending a lot of time while people come to look at it - the photos and info are thorough. If you want to see more photos, let me know.
