HelloHere we have my much loved Sailing Yacht a Beneteau First 325 Ocean Blue Sailor. Its length is 10.36 Metres, wideth 3.37metres, keel is 1.85Metres.Iv had this boat for more than 4 years, its moored just outside of Barcelona. It is in a fantastic council controlled harbor called Castelldefels Port Ginesca. South Bound on the C-32 Motor way southbound from Barcelona Airport.Mooring is paid up til end of february 2017 and is available in 6 monthly payments of 1440euros which includes all taxes, electricity and water. Yes you can live aboard this boat! many british expats live in the marina :)Inventory:
Boat - 2xadults 2x kids lifejackets, liferaft, outboard rib with honda 2ps, bimini, radio, GPS Plotter, gangway, spinnaker,autopilot and handheld compass and GPS, Binoculars,charts and books. 2x toolboxes and many other handtools. 2 fold up push bikes (not in good condtion but work fine ) , fishing rods, coolbox , 2 large fans, TV, new music radio with usb port and speakers (fitted) etcKitchen - full kitchen including pots/pans/plates/cutlery. Bad Points - Fridge broken (motor working but not running on fridge) Marina - This is a council controlled marina with 24/7 onsite secuirty, a few ex pats live on boats all year round, a local friend who lives on at the marina who can do minor maintenance on boats. This is one of the best marinas i have found for the price. its also 90 miles away from the balerica islands (Majorca,Menorca,Ibiza)
Easy access to marine engineers and 3 chandlers onsite. Restaurant,toilet and shower facilities onsite.Easy access to Barcelona El prat Airport by bus from the Marina.
