Ribcraft 585 1998 boat with a 2012 Mercury 150 outboard.Fantastic boat, great fun with excellent sea capabilities and an amazing engine.Outboard has done just 110 hours from new!1998 hull and tubes, all in excellent condition. Tubes may appear a little grubby in the pics from use, but they clean up well with tube cleaner.Double console with screen. Jockey seats and rear reversible bench, all seats have storage under. No tears, marks or damage to seats. Bench seat was installed new in 2015 as I have the receipt.
Anchor locker with 2 anchors. One has 8 metres 10mm chain and approx 20 metres of warp, the other anchor is a spare and just has a few metres of chain on it.Access via hatch into rear of console to get to battery, electrics, wiring and fuel/water separator - which was fitted last year.In built .Console fitted with VHF radio, fishfinder, chartplotter, compass, fuel guage and Mercury multifunction guages that show rpm, oil pressure and temp, water pressure, engine hours etc.Stainless steel double A frame fitted with VHF aerial, GPS antennae and nav lights.Electric bilge pump in well at stern, operated via switch on console.Engine was fitted new in 2012 at considerable cost by a previous owner - I have the receipt! Excellent condition, with 3 blade stainless steel prop. These engines have the inbuilt flushing connector, so connect your hose and flush for 15 minutes and its done. No need to run the engine (handbook states not required) and no messing around with flushing muffs. Is also easy to carry out home servicing. Its epic performance and has done just 110 hours since 2012, so is barely run in.Engine has a Mercury branded cover for the top cowl (see it in the pics) plus I have a full set of engine covers I use when storing or transporting the boat - again all branded with the Mercury logo. These are the type that fully enclose the whole engine, ideal for storage to keep the engine clean and tidy.Single axle trailer in good condition, was serviced last year - I have receipts - with new bearings, brakes and coupling damper, over £500 of service costs. Includes trailer number board with all lights working.
The trailer is very well balanced and tows really well. I've been using the boat in Devon for the season this year, self launching and have made sure trailer and all aspects of the rig are fully washed down and flushed after every use. No issues with the trailer wheels or bearings, I've just towed the rig back 150 miles last weekend to put it into winter (indoor) storage.Boat is now in dry indoor storage in Bath and can be viewed by arrangement. Please note - £250 non refundable deposit via paypal. Balance on collection of boat. Boat must be collected within 2 weeks of purchase.
