25 ft motor sailer designed and built by world renowned boat builders in Sweden This is a lovely shoal draft 4-berth cruiser which has the benefit of having sails which cut the cost of fuel when out and about. Ideal for coastal cruising or pottering around the shallows exploring creeks etc. Has bilge keel plates so can take the ground without falling over. If you google "Albin25" you will find an enormous amount of info and pictures of this wonderful little craft. They are to be found all over the world which is a testament on their safety and sea-going abilities.Up front there is a large V-berth with infill to create a huge double bed. Just aft on port side there is the galley with 2-hob gimballed cooker with grill, stainless sink with fresh water tap. on the starboard side opposite is the heads with bi-fold door.Coming further aft you have the centre cockpit with seating for at least 7 people and helm area with an array of gauges, gps, compass, radios etc. There has just been a brand new stereo and waterproof speakers fitted. Also fitted is a new solar panel and new leisure battery with split charging system. There is loads of storage with various lockers and cupboards.Further aft of the cockpit ( which is high sided, so very safe for small kids) is the rear cabin which consists of two single full length bunks with storage under and deep shelves above. This can be rearranged to make a fair sized double if prefered. There are two large anchors with a variety of ropes, chains etc. there is also a couple small anchors. The centre cockpit encloses with canvas cover to keep the weather out and warmth in.The Nissan 1800 engine is in super reliable condition and really frugal on fuel using approx a half gallon per hour while having loads of power to go against any current. In the sail department is a roller furling genoa, reefable mainsail and a cruising shute for down-wind.Also included in sale is a dingy and new outboard engine which has only about 2 hours use.The boat is moored in Gillingham, Kent and can be either sailed away or left at current moorings after joining the club. Total costs approx £800 per annum. Because of the boats size, it can be trailered as well if you have a suitable trailer. All in all, a cracking little boat that will give many many years of safe sailing fun. There is probably LOADS that I have forgotten to mention so please text me to arrange a viewing as it will deffinitely be worth it.Please be aware that this is not a NEW boat. It is 42Yrs young and has been used.Payment will be cash on collectionI reserve the right to remove or end the bidding early as it is advertised elsewhere too.Any questions, please ask.Tony 07809117271 (Text only and I will call you back when it is convenient)Happy sailing
