This boat is a 4-tonne long keel Deben, approx 23ft in length and 7ft beam. I purchased it earlier this year from a boat broker who had planned to restore her and use her as a motor cruiser but decided to purchase a new build instead. However, my work circumstances changed and I never got the opportunity to restore and use her, and I am therefore selling her on in the same condition as she was sold to me.She has had the mast, boom and bowsprit were removed by the prior owner in preparation for conversion. However he still has these and you can take these from him free of charge if you wish. He also has a bill of sale from his purchase and from the sale before that, and these can also be provided. The boat has an engine well but no engine.She is currently on hard stand at Sandwich Marina, paid up until the end of October. It would be up to you if you want to keep her there or move her.
