1973 Uniflite, 27' This is a VERY nice 27' Uniflite with lots of extras, See list below. My plan was to eventually repower with a couple of small diesels but never got around to it. Instead I turned it into a fishing boat and fished it locally for a couple of years. this boat spent the first 35 years on lake powell in a covered boat house! This Uniflite is in very good condition for a boat that was built in 1973!

Delta anchor plus (2) spare anchors, (1) with rode · MB Quart Marine Bluetooth stereo, Fusion Subwoofer Amp, 10” JBL marine subwoofer, MB Quart 6” 2 way speakers · Sine wave inverter (auto switching). Several AC outlets and USB charging ports · On board automatic battery charger · (4) Optima Blue Top Marine batteries plus (1) spare battery and jumper cable installed · 20 Gallon fresh water tank · All required coast guard safety equipment, (3) fire extinguishers, PFD’s (life jackets, horn, flares, life ring, boat hook and paddle. Also have (3) 8” fenders and dock lines · 18” Bennett trim tabs with new rocker switch · Swim step w/ladder, Cutting board and filet table · All electronics, lights, pumps and accessories in working order · Bilge pump with automatic float switch and manual/automatic switch on dash · Windshield wipers, working, S/S railing all around, all window glass in good condition with no cracks and all open as they should · Fiberglass bait tank w/SHURFLO Bait Sentry Dual Port live well/bait pump and separate wash down system pump plus a second round tank that I made that works very well, you can head out with two kinds of live bait, hook bait & chum! · New AC/DC refrigeration system (refrigerator) automatic switching from AC to DC when shore power is unplugged. Very low amps draw on DC battery power. · Lots of tackle storage compartments recently installed · Lots of other storage, drawers cupboards and behind and under seats & "V" berth · Magma round S/S gas/ propane BBQ with mount · Private head w/ sink, mirror and storage compartment · New aluminum rocket launcher/rod holders with spreader lights, (3) flush mount S/S rod holders on stern and (2) S/S side mount rod holders (side of cabin) · Top quality chrome plated brass adjustable outrigger mounts on roof and a pair of like new TACO aluminum outriggers rigged and ready I also have all brand new window channel that has not been installed yet plus (1) gallon of high quality non skid deck coating (WHITE) and lots of other items that will be included. Engines Twin fresh water cooled counter rotating 318 Chryslers (gas) with Borg Warner Velvet Drive Transmissions .The exhaust system is thru transom & has manufacturer installed mufflers. I also have original Uniflite owner’s manual and other paperwork along with a stack of receipts for accessories, installations and accessories I have installed. Both engines have brand new raw water pumps (complete assemblies) and thermostats, new electric fuel pumps and fuel filters, new alternators, new ignition coils and electronic ignition conversion (no points) new spark plugs. Starter solenoids/relays are also new. New exhaust manifolds, risers and elbows along with several hoses. Oil and filters just changed. Both carburetors have been overhauled. Port motor was replaced prior to my purchasing the boat and has about 200 hours on it. Starboard motor is original with the new items mentioned above. Starboard motor has (1) cylinder that has low compression but seems to run good. The boat will do about 25 MPH comfortably with both motors @ 3500 RPM and 2 persons aboard with around 50 gallons of fuel in tanks but I have had it up to 31 MPH @ 4500 RPM but don’t like to run it up there, too costly on fuel. General Information This Uniflite was built in 1973 so it is “pre blister” the hull is solid with no blisters or repairs and has had the bottom cleaned and anodes replaced regularly. Cockpit has a full custom canvas enclosure. I also have the original Uniflite owner’s manual,service manual for engines and other paperwork along with a stack of receipts, over $6,500.00 worth for parts, accessories, upgrades & installations, not including the radar, rocket launcher rod holders, anchor pulpit, Outrigger mounts, stereo & TV, bait tank and several other items that cost over 2K or labor as all work was performed by myself, I am a retired marine tecnician for 35 years in the marine business as a certified master mechanic and installer so all work, installs and modifications were done correctly using only the best materials and components.
