This 1977 Cal has been our family boat for the last 2 years and has served us well. The previous owner repowered with a diesel engine that runs GREAT. The Genoa is roller furling and the main has 2 reef points. Both sails are in good shape. The cover for the main is showing some fading but is in otherwise good condition. All seat cushions have been recovered. Recently sanded and varnished most of the exterior bright work and re-bed all hardware. There are some things left to do(as there always are with boats) in order to tidy up such as sand/varnish rear cabin wall, replace alcohol stove, paint floor in head, etc. however, this boat is definitely in sail-away condition with absolutely zero concerns of reliability or safety. New headliner this year. Wheel helm, 2 batteries with switch, 2 speed winches mounted aft, bimini top, gps/chartplotter. This boat has been a true joy to own and sail but it is time to move on. Currently docked in Cambridge, MD and is available for inspection/sea trial upon request.
