Needs only new owners. Great boat. Have taken all over the big lakes. Stored in Charlevoix . Super clean hull. No soft spots on topside. Wood outside needs minor sanding and oil or stain wood inside is beautiful. Put new electric toilet in it. Needs button hooked and two lines which are in ball behind. She's a 1977 28foot 7 inch. All sails. Interior is so nice. Room to sleep 3 to 4 people. Extra anchor. New batteries and pumps this season as well. Has the unbeatable atomic 4 inboard engine. Runs perfect. Also listing my electric street legal ford golf cart. Both are amazing together. Don't miss this one
