2008 Hunter 45 Deck Salon, located in Kemah, Texas Boat is the owners verion with a centreline queen in the aft cabin. It has Mariner package with the larger 75 HP engine, premium shades, bow thruster, fixed bimini and a Raymarine E127 multifunction chart plotter. (with fish finder). The boat has a fractional rig with a working sail area is 962 sq ft. Shoal draft keel version with a draft: 5 ft Boat has minimal use. It was purchased new in 2014 from a Hunter dealer in New York. Previously boat had been used one season as a demonstrator with advertising sails. The sails on the boat were unused when purchased and the bow thruster and chart plotter were installed in 2012.
