The boat/trailer is up to date registered.I've repaired the trailer springs which were rusted.The tinny was repair welded so is very good order.Outboard was serviced about 2 years ago.Motor Problem -About 6 months ago I took the boat out and I think I left the choke in the wrong position potentially flooded the engine. I've cranked the motor tons of times and I don't feel like it's cranking anything.
