This is a great old boat, built in the late 60's with solid fibre glass hull and bilge keels. The five berth cabin is spacious with galley, heads etc. We have not had the time to spend on her that we would like so we must reluctantly let her go. With a wide beam and heavy hull she is one of the safest sailing boats around!The inboard Nanni diesel is approximately 20 years old and runs well, recently had  new alternator fitted and exhaust mixer block replaced. Starts first time every time! She is fitted with Garmin chart plotter, VHF radio, speed and depth logs and twin batteries. Comes with almost new auto tiller (cost ~£400).Will cruise at 6 knots under engine and can sail at similar speed with a good breeze. Includes a spare set of sails and spinnaker.Last scraped and anti-fouled in 2013 and still in good condition as moored in tidal river.She is moored in Rye Harbour, mooring paid up until end September and available at £500 per year. Bad bits - she does require a little bit of tidying, especially paintwork etc. and I noticed on my last visit that the jib roller furling is sticking, I'm guessing a bit of lubrication would fix it but it is along way up!! She has a sealed stern tube bearing rather than a stuffing box and the seals (I have a set) are due for replacement.
