Always a fresh water boat, I am 2nd owner, Yanmar, dry boat, points high goes fast, new bottom paint. Out of water in cradle now at Port Sanilac, MI.  New steel cradle, new autopilot, new chart plotter, VHF, solar vent, automatic bilge pump, 2 new large capacity 12v batteries with 2 onboard chargers, shore power, complete boat with fenders dock lines etc ready to go.  This is *not* a project boat.  It is ship-shape, well maintained, and ready to sail as is.Very clean, dry boat.  Very seaworthy, but surprisingly comfortable below deck with alcohol stove and large self-draining ice box in galley, roomy enclosed head, foot pump fresh water to sinks in galley and head.  2nd owner.  Selling only because I am getting a bigger boat.Storage is paid by seller through May 2017.17 gallon diesel fuel tank regardless of what is shown above. The boat has two sets of sails, 2 mains and 2 roller furling genoas. The newer sails are Doyles, don't know the age, but they have excellent shape and the cloth is crisp. They work very well.  Never used the other set, but they look quite usable as backup sails.  No spinnaker, though it should not be hard to install one.
