2009 Sea Ray 250 Sundancer 250DA                         Original owner of a 26’7” 2009 Sea Ray Sundancer 250 that is in excellent condition.   This Sundancer is identical to the later Sundancer 260 models from 2010 and 2011 .  Very competitively priced below NADA to quickly sell with a couple months remaining of boating season.  Being sold by original owner who purchased it new from a Sea Ray dealer in August 2010 and put it in service in September 2010.  Currently docked on the Potomac River in Washington, DC at the Columbia Island Marina-- slip is pre-paid through March 2017.  (The slip will be reassigned in April 2017 based per the marina’s waiting list.)  Low  hours—only 217 hours (and still increasing) and has never left freshwater.  Boat last serviced in May 2016, to include lower unit service (with new zincs), fresh bottom paint, and detailing.  350 Mercruiser with Bravo 3 drive and trim tabs.  Boat has A/C, water heater, bathroom with shower and vacu-flush head (with external pump-out port), full galley (microwave, stove, refrigerator, and sink), and wet bar.  Snap-in carpets, camper canvas full enclosure, bimini top, and cockpit cover.  Dive ladder, fenders, dock lines, flares, life jackets for 6 people, shore power cord, and anchor.  Sleeps 4 people in 2 berths. Stereo system with MP3/iPod port (Sirius-ready) with speakers and controls in the cabin and the cockpit.  Helm seat is reversible.  New design for 2009 has steps that are separate from the cabin hatch, allowing access to the bow while the cabin door remains open. Plenty of storage space and dedicated cooler storage in addition to the refrigerator in the cabin.  Professionally maintained and winterized each year.  Owner is moving to a property with a shallow lakefront and is downsizing to a pontoon boat—your opportunity for an excellent boat at a great bargain!
