1990 Caribbean Jaguar V170Great Australian made boat; amazing for Skiing, Wake boarding, tubing; cruising and fishing.I am the second owner of this boat, which was purchased by me in 2011 from Victoria. It’s in great condition for a 26 year old hull and the gel coat is still sparkling after all this time. Yes there are minor scratches on the bottom as one would expect. The seats and carpet are in great condition and the seats are original and have never been reupholstered showing that this boat has always been well looked after. Will pull a skier or two out of the water and tubes with ease; it’s great on fuel and is regularly serviced and maintained. Also has a boom bar to teach new skiers to get out of the water.
It’s powered by a 2002 Mercury Saltwater 150 HP with 391 hours on it. The motor is also in great condition and was checked on Mon 26.9.2016 by Blue Pacific Marine – Dural. Compression is at 140psi on all six cylinders (See printout of Run History). It has a Trim Gauge; RPM Gauge; Hour Meter; Temperature Gauge; Battery Meter and GPS Speedo. Aluminium custom 100 litre bow tank balancing the boat nicely; Dunbier Trailer which tows really well; and excellent Hydraulic Steering fitted in 2005. I have maintenance record dating back to the year 2000. Has been used in salt and fresh water and mainly used in the Hawkesbury River – Windsor for the last 5 years. Washed and engine flushed after each use and well looked after as depicted in photos.The boat comes as is, with the trailer and heavy duty cover included; easy to launch with new roller wheels fitted on trailer. Engine tests welcome and I’m happy to take any prospective buyers out for a run if interested. Boat Specs: 4.98m (16’4”); Beam Max: 2.06m (6’9”); Beam Transom: 1.91m (6’3”); Hull Weight: 400kg; Motor 184kg; Adult Capacity: 5; rated for 60hp – 150hp.More photos are available and video of engine running can also be emailed.Selling as I have young children and the boat is just not getting used as much as it deserves.
