I am reluctantly offering my Offshore 31 for auction, I simply haven't got enough time to use her. The slip is transferable, and live-aboard friendly. She is in a protected harbor near Myrtle Beach SC contact me if you would like to see her, 843-995-0621She sails great, with just the right amount of weather helm, and more than enough power from the engine. Full keel.
Equiped with Raymarine Radar, autopilot connected to garmin chart plotter, and Raymarine wireless remote . Wind generator, solar panel connection and charging relay (the panels stopped working and were removed.)Powered by a Yanmar 3GM30 that runs excellent. Fresh water cooled. Isotemp water heater is 110 and engine heat exchanger powered.Crisp roller furling, Main with lazy jacks, and mizzen. the sail are in good shape. I also have the old sails. The mizzen can be sheeted to the aux. tiller handle, and she'll sail along with little to no adjusting. Heavy netting encircles the whole boat, (this has saved a few loose items and injuries.)I have jack lines and a harness for offshore sailing. The previous owner changed the interior. Adding stainless counter tops and nav station. Opening ports and upgraded electric panels, propane heater. The Original two burner propane stove, and a portable 110/12v refrigerator/freezer. He moved the head to mid ship, which is more comfortable in heavy seas. She is equipped with insulated back stays and grounding plates and copper, for a SSB.On the deck, he added weather boards around the deck, which are extremely convenient for lashing things to, and provide a safe foot hold. He also removed the wooden decks, and glassed over the deck joint with epoxy. The top side and hull paint is weathered and needs touching up. Ground tackle includes.A danforth type anchor for over nighting in calm anchorages. Two cqr type anchors. With 100' of diamond braid anchor rode, attached to 100' 5/8 chain, and a manual windless for hauling back on board. Sunshades, canvas tarps, spare parts, and other misc. items are also included. She is due for a bottom job. There are yards nearby that can haul her out and do the work for you, and a few that DIY yards. I may be able to deliver the boat for a fee. Depending on how far away and when you want it delivered. The reserve is well below the value of the boat. By bidding you agree to pay the $500.00 deposit via paypal with in 24 hours, and the balance in 7 days. Here is the owner association website, cheoyleeassociation dotcom /offshore31The boat is for sale locally I may end the auction early.
