Selling my 1984 Baretta 19ft Success Cuddy powered by a Mercruiser 140 Alpha 1. Lower unit is missing.  Engine needs rebuilt, it has low compression. Boat is in rough condition, gel coat is Sun Faded.  No major scratches or cracks in the hull. The interior has been re done but has sat out in the conditions for a couple of years and is Sun Faded.   Lights, gauges, stereo, etc do not work.  Floor is soft in one area.  Cuddy is in decent shape.  Looking to get rid of this boat just for more room around the shop. The boat is rough but we're selling it cheap.  This boat will have NO RESERVE!!!
