Completely restored around 1990. Interior was stripped out, reconditioned and painted with interlux bilgecoat. Totally rewired with marine grade wiring. Redecked with nautolex. All upholstery redone, and ceilings made new with upgraded nautolex coverings. Exterior was fine sanded and the bottom from keel to waterline was fiberglassed with 8 oz fiberglass and fastened with west system epoxy. Chrome parts were replated. New windshield frames were professionally made. Exterior paint is a two-part heavy duty industrial epoxy. Sheer strake is interlux white. Engine: Mercuiser 190 with newer Merc II drive. Engine was completely torn down and fully overhauled with forged pistons. All seals and gaskets were replaced and hardened valve seats installed. An electronic ignition was installed. A remote oil filter is and a halon fire suppression system have been added. The engine has only about 300 hours SMOH.The boat has been out of the water for 7 years so it needs some work. There is a minor leak where the stem meets the keel that I planned to fix from the inside with thinned epoxy which I have. Fuel tanks need draining, engine oil and filter need replacing. A fresh coat of varnish will help.Value with Hargarty Marine was agreed on at $10,000 at time of restoration. My price is $6,000 leaving considerable room for bringing the boat back to restored condition.
