1989 Hunter 30 This is a freshwater boat that can be used as a live aboard, or for comfortable weekending. In the aft cabin; the berth has been rebuilt with new wood and increased storage access. A very comfortable, custom built and fitted 100% latex mattress installed. A full beam teak dresser was built in, and a large hanging rod was added. An extension was added to the V-berth and the mattress was replaced with memory foam. All berths are lined with dri-deck beneath the mattresses for breathability. A fresh water inlet was added that bypasses the holding tank and pump. A triple filtered drinking tap was added. The boat has sat for the past few years with little use and is in need of some upkeep and care. Currently the engine is not running, likely due to condensation in the fuel. The sails are about 10 years old or so now but are still in good working order. The standing rigging and hull are still sound but the running rigging is ready for replacement. The boat is being sold As-Is with these conditions.
