1977 Morgan Out Island 30.We have for sale our wonderful boat Dosithea. She is currently docked in Isla Mujeres, Mexico and ready to sail to the out islands and beyond on another adventure. She being sold with everything you need to go cruising today including a West Marine dinghy and outboard.We have recently refitted the vast majority of the cabin including new wall linings and carpets, LED lighting, galley work top and faucet, compact head and macerator pump, all parts of the head system have been replaced or removed and thoroughly cleaned, loads of plumbing hoses replaced and hose clamps replaced, all internal teak rubbed down and oiled.Also included is a West Marine inflatable dinghy with a 2hp Yamaha outboard.Other bits include;Main sail and spare.Roller furling gear.Genoa and storm jib.Autohelm 3000.Garmin 44dv GPS and sonar with cabin and helm connection.Horizon depth sounder.1x 20lb CQR anchor with 20' chain and 100' rode1x 10 lb Danforth anchor 20' chain and 120' rode.Ritchie compass with LED lights.2x deep cycle batteries.8x fenders.6x mooring lines.Boat hook.2x 5 gallon fuel can.VHF radio. Origo alcohol stove.There is a selection of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. All in good condition.She benefits from a super reliable 20hp Yanmar 2QM20H. This engine starts first time, every time and has never missed a beat for us, very comforting to have such a great engine underneath you. Engine oil, transmission oil, fuel filter and water pump impeller all replaced at last service 1 month ago.Rigging is all sound. Main and jib halyards, main shroud chainplates, and jib sheet sheaves all replaced This year.Comes with loads of other bits and pieces.Only bad bits are;- A 3 ft portion of the rub rail is missing - this is cosmetic only.- The opening mechanisms on the port lights (windows) are broken. This means that although they are 100% watertight they cannot be opened. We have never found this an issue as the hatch in the vee berth and the hatch in the galley are in in great working order and provide all the ventilation that we require.Again, Rest assure that these are purely cosmetic issues and do not affect the functionality of the boat whatsoever.
