de Havilland Offshore 4.5 metre with 70 HP Johnson, this boat is fairly rough as you can see in the photos but it is very sound. The hull very well made and very strong, with only superficial dings and bumps, it is water tight with no leaks. The motor is in good condition with 120psi in each cylinder, starts easily and goes really well, can easily pull a skier or tube, or two. Has electric tilt and trim. A water pump kit and thermostat were installed and cooling system flushed out and checked in November 2015, pumps heaps of water. A new rectifier was also fitted about the same time, the motor keeps the battery charged no worries. The gear oil in the leg, and the hydraulic oil for the tilt were changes as well. The boat has a plywood floor fitted which is carpeted with marine carpet, it is not a flat floor but pretty close and you can walk around in the boat with ease. The bench seats are filled with foam and these boats were rated as having full flotation. The battery is located in the rear bench seat which gets it out of the way. The trailer is in good condition with LED lights and was rewired in November 2015. The trailer is well set up and one person can launch and retrieve the boat with ease. Other accessories include: VHF two way radio Lowerance Elite-4x fish finder AM FM radio/cd player Rule bilge pump 5 gang switch panel Battery isolator switch for when the boat is not in use 54lb Water Snake motor for trawling All in all this is a great setup for fishing and running about, very sturdy for knocking about in the snags, and a fair bit of boat for the money. All maintenance has been done nothing to do but put it in the water and enjoy it. The boat is located in North East Victoria, inspection is welcome and recommended.
