I’ve lived aboard this boat for the past two years and am selling in order to prepare to buy my first house. I am the third owner and the previous owners have collected and maintained meticulous records for the vessel, which will be included with the sale. There are decades of manuals, receipts, and diagrams for most system/equipment. These are invaluable to any ship leaving her homeport. This boat is ready to sail/cruise/live-aboard and could be delivered anywhere on the east coast, or could include mooring in Newport, RI through October 2016.   I have continuously upgraded this boat since purchasing it in order to make it a competent, safe, comfortable, live-aboard/cruiser. Though greatly improved, boat does need work and would be perfect for an owner who is looking for a boat they can use/cruise while doing projects along the way. The boat sustained interior/trim damaged from leaky forward cabin port-lights years back. The leaks have mostly been addressed and the boat is dry however some wood paneling has been removed and needs replacement. These are all very manageable for the DIY boater. There is absolutely no structural damage, decks are solid, bulkheads are unaffected, and hull is sound.
